In 2004 Facebook set out to connect the world one person at a time. 6 years on and it has reached a mega number of 500 Million users!

Sometimes I think to myself "I don't want to be your friend in real life let alone on Facebook" and isn't it hilarious when you see your friend become friends with her boyfriends ex, that's right the one she has gone out of her way to ignore for the last 2 years. Updates like these give meaning to the saying "fake book" Facebook has that strange power to somehow connect you anyhow and have you freely open your lives to one another, even though you have never exchanged a sentence and possibly only "know" each other through a mutual friend, maybe not at all. Love it or hate it, the possibilities of connectivity and networking weather on a personal level or a business sense are only enhanced by tools like Facebook and there really is nothing better then connecting with an long lost friend and sharing an old joke.
