Formed in 2004, Penny Hay focuses on interior architecture, direction and consultancy offering bespoke furniture, fittings and artisanal finishes that create distinguished and intimate spaces.

Collaborating and working with a selection of award-winning architectural firms such as Fearon Hay Architects, Kerry Hill Architects and Woods Bagot, Penny Hay has completed high-end residential and tailored commercial projects including the
United States, Asia, Middle East, Australia and New Zealand.
Penny Hay has been featured in publications such as Vogue Living, Elle Décor, Casa da Abitare and Wallpaper* and has received several NZIA awards for her collaborative interior work with Fearon Hay Architects. This property is located on Waiheke Island.
